Spaghetti Sauce


1 tbsp. olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 medium onion, diced
Saute these 3 items until the onions are browned and tender. Then add:
1 16 oz. can of tomato sauce
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 tsp. oregano
Simmer over low heat until thickened. Serve over a bed of hot pasta or use as pizza sauce.
